Martial Arts can benefit your life in many ways; fitness, strength & self confidence being the tip of the iceberg of possibilities. We have a happy, inviting group of instructors & students, looking forward to meeting you & travelling the road together.

Students are welcome to train for any reason they wish - The majority train for fitness & self defense, and the self-confidence boost this provides is something we pride ourselves in providing for our students.

Classes are strictly capped to ensure you are not lost in a sea of other students, missing out on vital student/instructor interaction. We care about teaching correct Muaythai technique, not filling every square inch of the floor in paying clients.

While do not expect our students to compete (in fact only 1% ever decide to train for a competition,) we are able to cater to this goal if you want.
